Description

Great opportunity to deliver audit resourcing needs, including individuals on sick leave, study leave and/or training, adjusting the timing of jobs, and assigning individuals on to new jobs; overseeing audit support team performance management, providing and seeking feedback and identifying training requirements; identify ways to improve processes and present these proposals; review budgets for client engagements against pre-approved criteria; resolve staff conflicts; attend management meetings and report resourcing issues and monitor overbooked employees; assist with queries; monitor planned against billed time and manage unbilled time; liaise with finance on ad-hoc requests; key role in recruitment needs and take part in recruitment process; help with delivering resource planning against targets; facilitate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and prioritise to deadlines and under pressure; possess excellent interpersonal, planning, organisation, and management , analytical and problem solving skills; be a lateral thinker; proven track record in influencing; advanced IT skills; possess relevant professional qualification and at least 3 years of project and resource management experience; experience working with Retain as a resourcing system would be beneficial.

No licenses.  Reduced hours considered.
