The postholder will act as first point of contact and co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice; develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships; attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings; prepare, review, distribute and file financial statements; act as “B” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters, ensuring that regulatory guidelines adhered to and professional quality service provided to clients; assist with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent and manage aged debtors; train, develop and appraise staff
The candidate should hold ICSA Diploma/equivalent; proven financial services experience and strong technical financial services knowledge; some people management experience; evidence of managing small client relationship/part of major client relationship; great with people and quick to learn new systems.
