Postholder will work on projects and Co Sec for high quality RE clients, maintaining investor details, performing calls and distributions, creation and maintenance of registers, undertake banking and payment processes; billing and cash collection and systems, reviewing financial statements, dealing with audit issues, reviewing profitability; identifying new products, preparing proposals/quotes, KYC/AML/CDD, drafting infrastructure procedures, managing staff performance; supporting recruitment; taking minutes at Board meetings.

Candidate must have ‘A’ levels/equivalent; hold/studying towards ICSA Diploma/equivalent; ideally 3+ years real estate/trust and company experience, preferably exposure to corporate structures, corporate governance, investments, Co Sec, SPV administration; proven people management experience; understanding of RE agreements; time management, organisation, report writing, presentation, communication and problem solving skills; team player.
