Description
Great role preparing and overseeing annual financial statements in accordance with US/US GAAP/IFRS/AUS and monthly / quarterly management accounts for a portfolio of clients; dealing with year end audits and auditor queries; ensuring compliance with client documentation and processes; answering / investigating client queries; contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures; support project work; keep up to date with technical developments in the Fund industry.
The successful candidate will be undertaking a professional qualification, ideally ACA, ACCA or equivalent; ability to prepare final accounts from source documentation; ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, work unsupervised, and a good team player; strong communication, presentation, time management and MS Excel skills; knowledge of UK GAAP / US GAAP / IFRS, Jersey fund structures and regulatory requirements, and ideally private equity, property and infrastructure funds.
Open to all levels. Contract or permanent role. Licence available. Potential for visa.
