This role focuses on maximising the effective use of NavOne through tailored training programmes, process improvement, and cross-jurisdictional collaboration.

 

Key duties include designing and delivering system training, managing client lifecycle data, supporting business solutions testing, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

 

The position requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with proven experience in operations management, project coordination, and system implementation.

 

A minimum of three years’ operations experience, managerial capability, and expertise in NavOne are essential.
