Risk & Compliance Manager

You will support the development, maintenance and continual improvement of the firm’s risk and compliance framework, advising senior leadership, analysing regulatory changes, managing strategic risk registers, and ensuring all policies, procedures and monitoring programmes remain robust and up to date. 

You will also contribute to training initiatives, lead regulatory reporting and committee pack preparation, oversee sanctions and regulatory registers, and guide service lines through complex compliance matters.

In addition to technical responsibilities, this role includes managing R&C administrators, driving firm-wide standardisation projects, and strengthening relationships across all business areas to promote a proactive, risk-aware mindset. 

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ relevant experience, strong knowledge of Jersey and Guernsey regulatory regimes, excellent communication and organisational skills, and an ICA or equivalent qualification.
