Description

This is a great role assisting with Quality Risk process by organising and minuting meetings and updating on evaluation of compliance with ISQM1; developing, implementing and review risk management policies; support, and design, potential control mechanisms and treatment plans to manage risk exposures/vulnerabilities; assessing and challenging risk owners on risk assessments and scorings in line with risk matrix and methodology; shape, build and drive high quality risk management processes; engage with first line risk owners and wider business to provide subject matter expertise and advise on responses, management and mitigation of material risk exposures and red flags.

The ideal candidate will have ideally at least 3 years experience in risk management corporate firm and hold/working towards professional qualification; experience in risk management, in designing and implementing controls to manage risks, and in assessing control effectiveness and identifying potential weaknesses in their design; able to multi-task and work independently, under pressure, and with attention to detail and accuracy; good problem solving, organisational, time management and interpersonal skills at all levels; commercial acumen.

Reduced hours can be considered.
