Description
Quality management role to develop, implement and review risk management policies and procedures; support, and design potential control mechanisms and treatment plans to manage risk exposures/vulnerabilities; assess and challenge risk owners on risk assessments and scorings in line with risk matrix and methodology; build and drive high quality risk management processes; advise on responses, management and mitigation of material risk exposures and red flags; assist Quality Risk Management Committee process by organising and minuting meetings and providing updates on evaluation of compliance; training, communication, and promotion of framework.
Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels and ability to build supportive relationships; able to make commercial business decisions; excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to resolve queries and issues; good time management and organisational with a pragmatic, solutions focused approach; able to work independently; proactive attitude; ability to multi-task under pressure; minimum 3 years experience in risk management in corporate firm an advantage; hold/working towards professional qualification or is willing to work towards one.
