Description
This is a great and varied job opportunity to assist relationship managers to effectively manage their client portfolios and optimise the client experience, including maintaining client information, managing contracts and agreements, preparing reports on portfolio presentation, coordinating schedules, processing transactions and expense reports, gathering information on market trends, competitors and industry news, analysing client data, responding to client queries, managing client relations by resolving concerns, guiding new customers through account opening procedures, explaining account terms and conditions, and setting up online access and services, supporting clients with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and mobile application support, managing complex client projects, and arranging client meetings, advise of any security breaches and manage risk, request KYC/CDD for onboarding.
Requirements are ideally a financial services background, in-depth technical knowledge in this area, ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and use initiative, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, self-motivation, and ability to use discretion, attention to detail, good problem solver.
