Description
Exciting opportunity contributing to implementation and development of Fund product line and assist in leading administration offering for Private Equity/Venture Capital key clients, leading a team and developing strong Partner and client relationships, ensuring high quality service acting as contact for fund structures, overseeing workload management, investor correspondence, regulatory and compliance reporting, ensuring processes aligned with best practice; developing and maintaining Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships and regulatory reporting such as AEOI reporting, Annual Returns and Confirmation Filing and Statistics Reporting, acting as “A” level 4-eyes signatory.
Candidate should have extensive experience in Jersey funds industry and be knowledgeable on all Jersey domiciled funds with substantial experience working with JPFs, closed-ended fund structures and FSB regulated management companies and particularly with closed-ended, venture capital and/or fund of funds structures; at least 5 years in managerial role and preferably hold CGI/ACCA/ACA equivalent; committed to client service, excellent management and influencing skills; team player with strong attention to detail; excellent organisational and communication skills.
