Description
Dynamic role engaging with diverse portfolio of trusts, from straightforward setups to highly complex arrangements, some benefiting entire employee groups and others tailored for senior executives, at the forefront of client satisfaction, managing around 30 key accounts and serving as primary operational contact, close collaboration with clients and UK Client Managers to define and document processes, ensuring service levels consistently exceed expectations, crucial part in smooth and timely onboarding of new business, from reviewing documentation to coordinating with Compliance, project manage new and existing processes for key corporate events, attending client meetings, coach and support Trust Account Managers, review and challenge existing processes to improve efficiency and delivery, demonstrate fiduciary responsibility, manage workload strategically, provide leadership.
Candidate will be proactive, self-sufficient individual who can hit the ground running and enhance organisational performance, a natural leader, inspiring strong team morale and personal commitment; extensive experience in Trust and Company administration, with EBT experience being highly desirable; comprehensive understanding of share plan structures and their generic features; sound knowledge of role of offshore trustee in client corporate actions, familiarity with statutory and regulatory requirements for Jersey companies and trusts, plus awareness of other jurisdictions, excellent communication skills; strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
