This exciting role will act as key point of contact for Funds Services relating to upgrade/new systems implementation and assist in identification and implementation of automated solutions, ensuring efficient communication between relevant engineering departments cross locations to ensure smooth implementation of new business and developing innovative solutions to current business processes whilst mitigating risk and reviewing processes to ensure regulatory guidelines adhered to; identify opportunities to improve service delivery and escalate systems enhancements and new business implementation whilst leading and taking part in projects for operational funds services, producing project governance reporting.

Candidate will be qualified/part qualified accountant (LIMA/ACCA/equivalent); at least 3 years' Funds experience in operations/client facing role; business and market awareness; advanced Excel user; understanding of Systems implementation process (requirements design, testing); comprehensive knowledge of fund and private equity structures (particularly GP/LP/Feeder/Master funds) and their accounting; organisational and project management skills; applied knowledge of VBA/macro coding; knowledge of Efront (FIA) is advantageous; good knowledge of financial reporting standards, valuation and accounting disclosures for complex financial instruments; good communicator; team player.
