Description

Exciting opportunity to work as part of a global team in a growing area of the business in a varied role, including maintaining current files up to date, preparing invoices and sending to clients, maintaining and updating business systems,, mentoring and training others, supporting IT and change project implementation through system upgrades and process improvement, producing Court bundles, organising meetings and travel, supporting client investigative work and drafting legal documents, engaging with fee earners.

The ideal candidate will have administration experience ideally in legal/professional services, be tech-savvy, good team player with strong organisation and communication skills, able to prioritise with strong attention to detail and proficient in MS Word and Outlook and ideally knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
