Description

Our client seeks a qualified/part qualified Accountant to support corporate accounting across multiple UK and Jersey entities and contribute to fund reporting and other financial projects, assist in preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, and cash flow forecasts, consolidate adjustments for group companies, maintain accurate bookkeeping records and account for all transactions, organise purchase invoices received, communicate with third party administrators, issue invoices, manage payment processes, including fund recharge settlements, prepare board minutes and distribution notices, perform bank reconciliations and oversee cash flow management, support year-end audits, including preparation of audit files and responding to auditor queries, participate in finance-related projects and provide support for new business initiatives.

Candidate must have strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant reporting standards, advanced MS Excel skills and preferably NetSuite experience and finance/accounting experience; commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, excellent organisation and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently using initiative.
