Exciting role in Private Wealth considering internal suspicious activity reports in accordance with AML laws and disclosing these to JFCU and the Board; providing training to employees of Private Wealth and to Deputy MLROs - and monitoring their work - around management and evaluation of internal SARs, AML and CFT;  responding promptly to, and maintaining record of, requests for information made by Board, JFSC and JFCU; managing relationships effectively post disclosure to JFCU; lead and manage development activities; maintain effective client relationships; ensure successful implementation of changes which improve operational practices.

Financial and commercial acumen are essential, as are strong relationship management, influencing, communication, organisational and analytical skills; must be ‘Hands-on’, culturally aware and pragmatic; passionate and self-aware; able to work under pressure; innovation and creativity; approachable and a strong team player; experience of offshore financial services, Corporate Governance, compliance and/or risk; strong team spirit; experience of working closely with Regulators; able to make rational judgments.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
