Exciting opportunity to join ambitious, busy and growing Governance Services team providing high quality admin for portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, delivering excellent client service and providing technical support and training.  Postholder will maximise potential for repeat work and referrals; meet transactional and internal procedural deadlines, record time and manage WIP and debt collection; collaborate with Risk and Compliance team, ensure CDD processed accurately and client reviews up to date; keep up with regulatory changes and industry standards; assist with ongoing quality control of data input and maintenance within corporate services practice management database; provide assistance with annual reviews of client entities; assist with monthly / quarterly billing process and monitoring of outstanding fees.

Candidate should have solid experience in corporate, trust and fiduciary services; ideally hold a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA; good working knowledge of MS desktop software; knowledge of Document Management Systems (Worksite) and Viewpoint an advantage; initiative, proactive, accurate, and well-organised; good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships; good team player.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
