Description

Great exciting role, ensuring brands and reputations correctly represented across each marketing channel and oversee digital marketing and external communications to support business objectives and drive revenue and client growth, leading campaigns and promotional events in line with budget, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans, implement marketing tactics and identify impact of current initiatives using analysis and measures, create marketing policies, produce marketing materials and brochures; source merchandise, prepare board report, analyse client insights , strategies and market analysis; deliver creative briefs and guide creative direction; oversee social media accounts and digital marketing channels; generate ideas for LinkedIn posts; develop website, manage and review content, and hold updates with partners; identify collaboration opportunities for podcasts, organise art direct photographs and review and update library; create marketing templates; create news and features; meet with PR; coordinate event suppliers; develop strong network; be proactive with industry developments and knowledge of financial and marketing products and services.

Candidate must have good academic background, educated to A level standard; degree in marketing/business/CIM diploma level qualification (or likely to have for Assistant Manager); at least 6 years’ experience in marketing role in professional services (or 3 years for Assistant Manager); experience creating and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and managing campaigns; strong relationship, influencing, analysis, research, negotiation and communication skills; excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong market knowledge and connections; knowledge of CRM, Web CMS and other marketing software; ability to meet deadlines and proactively manage expectations; ability to initiate ideas, independently create content and deliver autonomously; proactive and flexible approach driven by commercial and growth mindset; ability to think laterally and problem solve; able to motivate team; strong project management, multitasking and decision-maker.
