Description

The candidate will lead a marketing team and be accountable for the marketing spend, define and own marketing strategy which will require working with sales and product to understand and define key objectives and will build and lead a high performance marketing function; use data to direct spend and measure ROI; develop clear and articulate brand identity highlighting differences in target markets and product capability; ensure consistency of website and marketing collateral; plan and manage media campaigns across multiple channels; manage PR and agency relationships.

Requirements are track record of building brands ideally in a b2b and/or b2b2c environment, experience of working in multiple international financial markets with experience and knowledge of the key industry events; ideally strong understanding of professional corporate services, wealth management and captive insurance sectors and experience of marketing to these on an international basis; proven track record of building and managing a cross-functional team to succeed in scale-up/start up.
