Description

This is a great role supporting Audit Directors and assisting with secretarial needs, providing diary and email management, organising meetings and travel, processing timesheets and expenses, producing presentations, preparing and formatting proposal documents, preparing reports and agendas using PowerPoint, ensuring Directors meet KPIs, taking dictation and minutes.

Candidate will have excellent diary management, time management, organisation, keyboard and interpersonal skills at all levels, proactive and flexible team player, good problem solver and risk aware, ideally holds secretarial/administration qualification, experience as PA/EA providing support to senior management in professional services, strong experience in providing clients and stakeholders with proactive quality services.
