Description

Great role ensuring compliance in Accounts Receivable, Cash and Client Monies, maintain integrity of Aderant and cash books primarily for Channel Islands, UK, Ireland, Europe and BVI, processing incoming payments and bank account reconciliations, and outgoing payments, responding to queries from incoming client receipts or unknown deposits within 24 hours, respond to miscellaneous queries from fee earners, secretaries and third parties within 24 hours, develop strong relationships with all Group Finance functions, working with fee earners, secretaries, external clients and platform third parties to troubleshoot issues, identify and implement solutions, demonstrate excellent client service culture, proactive identification, implementation and adoption of system and process enhancements to drive efficiency.

Candidate must have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multi task, with preferably at least 2 years experience in similar role and basic Aderant proficiency; good team player, commercial awareness, strong communicator, excellent client service mentality, analytical and logical, able to work on initiative and independently, a can do attitude, highly diligent and organise with attention to detail, proactive.
