Description
The successful candidate will take on the following responsibilities:
- Manage the family office's traditional investments (VC Funds, PE funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, shares in SPVs, shares in non-listed companies).
- Analyse investment status reports sent on a monthly or quarterly basis by fund managers/CEOs.
- On a monthly basis, mark each investment to market and produce a PnL Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Process capital calls and capital distributions.
- Execute investment agreements for new investments.
- Manage the family office's investments in digital assets.
- Monitor and mark to market the digital asset portfolio on a monthly basis
- Dispose of existing and enter into new cryptocurrency positions by trading on cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Manage the family office's bank accounts.
- Prepare and file the family office's annual returns, tax statements and statutory filings.
- Maintain and implement the family office's tax strategy with support of outside counsel.
Requirements
A qualified Accountant, experienced in Investment Management with a sound Tax knowledge. Able to work on own initiative.
