Description

Great role to organise and coordinate office operations and front of house, act as first point of contact to all visitors and guests, oversee annual office budget, supplier costs and contract negotiation, office insurances, security, archiving, local Health & Safety, monitor and maintain facilities, catering and refreshments, cleanliness for meeting rooms, manage meeting room bookings, calendars and switchboard, manage post and deliveries, local office events, onboarding/offboarding of employees, stock levels, maintain stationery and production areas, manage local hotel and taxi suppliers.

Candidate should have good scholastic record and experience as Receptionist/Front Office Representative/similar service role, ideally in international company; strong planning, organising, communication, presentation, relationship building, customer service, telephone, administration and problem-solving skills; high level of accuracy /attention to detail; able to multi-task; advanced MS Office skills; comfortable using variety of digital communication tools; good team player; proactive and solution driven; flexible.
