Description
This is a great opportunity to design, draft and implement comprehensive policies and procedures tailored to client services sectors, research, analyse, review and update policies to reflect changes in legislation and business strategy, develop user friendly documentation and guidance, be subject expert specialist on policy development, provide analysis and current jurisdictional market research, consult and guide internal stakeholders including senior management to identify and develop areas for improvement, ensure all practices fully compliant with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, identify potential gaps or risks and proactively implement solutions, assess existing workflows and operational practices, recommending enhancements, develop KPIs and reporting metrics, deliver training and workshops.
