Description
The successful candidate will contribute towards the businesses financial success through driving an effective Finance strategy, producing efficient reports and analysis, and creating efficiencies and improvements through action. Managing the Finance function at the business through carrying out various administrative tasks, and producing chargeable time through accounts preparation and client work.
Responsibilities:
- Processing all entries into the office accounting system for all receipts and payments of the Company an its affiliated entities and preparing all journals and adjustments as required. Payment of monthly or ad-hoc dividends.
- Bookkeeping of office accounts, client accounts and maintaining a monthly schedule of the balance of these accounts.
