Description
This is a great role opportunity sharing and communicating technical knowledge to team on technical client specific matters, dealing with risk issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of corporate governance requirements, internal compliance, AML and policies, ensuring CPD requirements are met year on year, maintaining knowledge of external business environment and relevant industry specific trends to provide sound and practical advice to clients, identifying team talent and managing underperformance, providing feedback and ensuring training provided and addressing development needs, leading management of meetings and financial and operational initiatives and projects, travelling to meet clients, overseeing client portfolio, ensuring resourcing levels are sufficient and team compliant, supporting new business activities, responsible for financial management.
Candidates will hold JFSC “Table 4” Qualification with at least 8 years’ relevant industry experience, with significant experience of leading and managing people, detailed understanding of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements, excellent understanding of client financial statements, experience of managing a team and delivering high performance, working knowledge of MS Office, strong commitment to client service excellence, strong communication and presentation skills, leadership and decision making ability, strategic and commercial approach to business development, with a strong degree of business acumen, proactive and disciplined approach, able to develop relationships.
