This role will be responsible for administration of a portfolio of more complex structures, dealing with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis, reporting to the team manager to pro-actively develop and build solutions to meet client needs and grow long term relationships. Postholder will ensure best client service; have risk mitigation in mind at all times; optimise client potential; advise clients and meet their needs; update, scan, file and archive records; successfully deliver projects by constructive feedback, membership of working parties, research and delivery of information not readily available from systems; where applicable oversee tax filings and advice updates, asset performance reviews, performance reviews, quarterly client calls, financial account production deadlines, fee settlement discussions or chasers, quarterly nominal ledger requests for externally bookkept entities, CDD review and updates, breach/complaint/ error remediation, client money reviews fee reviews and increases; keep up to date with regulatory and AML requirements; ensure data integrity; maximise business development opportunities; report litigation, potential litigation, claims, potential claims, complaints, potential complaints, fraud and drug trafficking.
Requirements are ability to work under own initiative and to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues; able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; ideally hold ICSA/ACA/ACIB/STEP/legal qualification; extensive experience of Institutional clients; sound knowledge of regulatory framework; understanding of applicable trust and company regulations and establishment procedures; strong organisational, communication, relationship building, problems solving and time management skills; ability to interpret client needs and identify appropriate sources of information or experience to formulate structures to meet client requirements; business knowledge; risk, project and knowledge management awareness; results driven; client service focused; team player; proactive.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
