- Level 4 formal qualification/studying towards
- at least 4 years’ trust and company administration experience at Trust Officer level/5 years' at Senior level, with good technical knowledge of TCB administration, legislative, compliance and regulatory requirements as well as an awareness of the tax implications of various structures
- knowledge of Jersey financial industry legislation and compliance
- Attention to detail, initiative, ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines;
- good leader and team player
- strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills.
This is a great role opportunity administering varied Trust and Company portfolio; preparing resolutions and minutes, arranging board meetings and presenting documents to management/directors for review; undertaking incorporation of companies and establishment of trusts and foundations, obtaining fee quotes from lawyers for new structures; resolving action points raised by periodic reviews on a risk-based approach; assisting with the completion of other compliance or regulatory matters; raising client bills and collecting receivables; reviewing work in progress so clients informed where work falls outside of the scope of fee arrangements and raising additional fee invoices; identifying risk control requirements; helping with training and development and other projects; assisting with new business opportunities; enhancing working relationships.
